All orders are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the product type and availability.

Items in stock at our domestic warehouse in Japan: 1–3 business days after shipment
Items requiring transfer from overseas facilities or workshops: Approximately 2–3 weeks after order confirmation

Custom-made or made-to-order items (size adjustments, engravings, special productions): Approximately 3–6 weeks after order confirmation (Production time: approx. 2–4 weeks + Shipping time: approx. 1–2 weeks)

*As custom-made items are finished by hand by our craftsmen, delivery times may vary depending on the design or seasonal factors (such as peak periods).

*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, customs procedures, or high volumes at the shipping carrier.

Order Confirmation and Processing

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. We will begin preparing your order after this is confirmed.
Changes or cancellations to your order can be made during this stage.

We believe that every product is crafted with the artisan's heart, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective, HuyK will support returns and exchanges promptly and transparently.

Return and exchange period: Within 30 days from the order date.

This spirit forms the foundation of my workshop in Vietnam, ensuring that every piece is crafted with the hands, heart, and pride of a true artisan.
