3. Shaping and Production (4–8 days)
This is the stage that requires the highest level of skill. A hammer stroke that is too heavy, or an error of even just 0.5mm, can destroy the balance.
The "Gear Ring" Challenge: This complex ring can take 12–15 hours just for this step. Each gear must be cut, filed, and polished individually before assembly.
4. Hand-Setting Stones (3–5 days)
This is the most meticulous step, requiring incredible patience. A single ring may contain 50 to 200 stones, each set by hand. The spacing and height between stones must be perfectly uniform.
Inner thoughts: There are days when my eyes go blurry from staring through the loupe too long. But when I see the perfectly shining row of stones, all fatigue vanishes. This is the craftsman's joy.
5. Polishing and Final Finishing (2–3 days)
Products pass through many stages, from rough grinding to remove scratches to mirror-polishing to create the perfect shine. Before reaching the customer, each piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection based on a 20-point checklist, including weld strength, stone security, design smoothness, and uniform luster.

Work does not always proceed smoothly. After 10 hours of work, a small part may break. A gemstone might crack right before completion. Sometimes, the entire piece must be started over from scratch.

"I remember a ring that used 156 small stones. After 18 hours of continuous work, just as it was nearly finished, the center stone cracked. Because it was the center, I had to remove all 155 other stones, replace the center one, and reset them all from the beginning. It took another 16 hours."
